Design
Every build begins on paper. Our talented team of certified specialists will work closely with you and your budget to prepare construction and design drawings and technical plans that incorporate all the essential elements you’re looking for in your home or commercial property. Whether you’d like two-stories or three, a walk-out basement in-law suite or a gourmet chef’s kitchen, it’s this stage where your creativity and ideas will take shape. Planning and Execution
Once the design phase is complete, it’s important to acquire the necessary building permits to begin construction. We take care of preparing and submitting Building Permit Applications, Zoning Bylaw Amendments, Committee of Adjustments and other municipally required documents.
Before the construction phase begins, our team will coordinate with vendors, contractors, and trades to request quotes and tender your project, prepare building estimates, coordinate contracts as well as project timelines.
Finally, our team will provide construction supervision throughout the building process. Regular on-site inspections will be carried out to ensure that the design and technical plans are followed, and that work is completed to building code.
