Planning and Execution
Depending on the scope of the project, building permits may be required in order to begin the renovation. For major interior renovation work, construction details, floor plans and construction drawings may need to be submitted to the municipality for approval. Our team will take care of acquiring permits and all necessary documents for the project.
We will coordinate with vendors, contractors and trades to request quotes and tender the project to meet your budget. We’ll prepare building estimates and establish construction schedules and timelines.
From demolition to the building phase, we provide construction supervision to ensure that the project is executed on time and as per design and technical plans, as well as to building code.
